19-YEAR-OLD man has been charged after a teenager died and two others were injured in a crash between a shuttle bus and a car that was allegedly evading police

The fatal crash occurred at about 10.05pm on Saturday night at the intersection of Abernethy Road and Kewdale Road in Kewdale.

A silver Holden Commodore collided with a Mitsubishi shuttle bus, which was rolled onto its side with the force of the impact.

It will be alleged the 19-year-old was driving the Holden which was stolen from Oldbury on March 31.

The crash claimed the life of Kewdale teenager Jack Raymond Meier, 16, who was a passenger in the Commodore. He died from injuries suffered in the crash.
