Cyclone Debbie: Five people dead and several missing

HARROWING details have come to light of the last moments of five people killed after Cyclone Debbie wreaked havoc on Queensland and northern NSW last week.

Rising floods plagued large parts of eastern Australia Sunday as emergency workers battled to restore water and electricity in cyclone-hit areas, with the recovery efforts expected to last several months.
