The child is in a critical condition after being hit by the car outside the Epworth Specialist Centre in Melbourne’s east on Friday.
Four others were injured in the incident in Kangan Drive in Berwick, the Herald Sun reports.
Aerial footage taken by a helicopter shows the 4WD overturned onto its side and substantial damage to other vehicles.
Paramedics and fire crews are at the scene.
