A Current Affair reporter arrested for child pornography

NSW POLICE have told The Daily Telegraph the raid on the A Current Affair office today involves child pornography offences allegedly committed by an ACA staff member.

The Nine Network staffer has been arrested with possession of child pornography.

The person was arrested this morning at their inner-city home and taken to a nearby police station. Detectives also seized a computer from the A Current Affair office in Willoughby.

One network worker told the Daily Telegraph reports were circulating the building that detectives used an ACA office to stage an urgent meeting this morning.

It is understood as many as seven police officers entered the Willoughby headquarters carrying evidence bags.
