YouTube unveils $35 a month TV service as it reveals viewers watch a BILLION hours of video a day

YouTube has unveiled its much anticipated TV service – called YouTube TV.

The $35-a-month TV service will package a bundle of channels from the broadcast networks and some cable networks.

It will have a so-called ‘skinny bundle’ composed of Fox, ABC, CBS and NBC, along with associated channels like Fox News, ESPN and Bravo.

The base package will contain about three dozen channels.

HOW IT WORKS

In total, YouTube TV gives you access to more than 40 networks.

You can watch YouTube TV on any screen—mobile, tablet or computer—and YouTube TV works on both Android and iOS.

A cloud DVR goes with you, so you can stream your recordings on any device, whenever and wherever you want.

Every YouTube TV membership comes with six accounts, each with its own unique recommendations and personal DVR with no storage limits.
