MERCEDES and Ferrari, listen up. Daniel Ricciardo has a message for you.
The Scuderia and Silver Arrows may be engaged in what looks to be a two-horse race for this year’s constructors’ championship, but that doesn’t mean the men behind the wheels of their cars are the best in the business.
Red Bull has been hamstrung by its underperforming four-wheeler in 2017 and is third in the constructors’ standings, more than 80 points behind second-placed Ferrari. Ricciardo is coming off two podium finishes on the trot but he’s never been in serious contention to challenge for a race win as his RB13 just hasn’t had the pace to match his rivals…
