The rock n’ roll star alleges Phoebe would serve him ‘cocktails of psychotropic drugs’ to control him, TMZ reported. The Great Balls of Fire singer also accused his daughter of keeping him in a moldy house where he was forced to wear an oxygen mask.
In addition to the alleged abuse, the court documents state that Phoebe and her husband Ezekiel Loftin were reportedly after the 81-year-old’s fortune, as he claims they blew $5million of his money.
