Fargo s3 trailer: Ewan McGregor really doesn’t look like Ewan McGregor in first promo

The first promo for Fargo season three has been released showing a first look at its unrecognisable cast members Ewan McGregor and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

A podgy long-haired McGregor can be seen in the 30-second teaser sat in a diner alongside Winstead’s Nikki Swango – that is until the presence of Carrie Coon’s Sheriff Gloria Bungle causes them to leave.

Details on the upcoming season of Noah Hawley’s anthology series are scarce, but it’s known that McGregor will play not one but two lead characters – namely brothers Emit and Ray Stussey.

“Emmit Stussy is the Parking Lot King of Minnesota. A handsome, self-made, real estate mogul and family man, Emmit sees himself as an American success story,“ reads the character description.
