In a bid to help millennials struggling to enter the housing market, a demographic known as ‘Generation Rent’, Sydney architect Alexander Symes came up with a solution.

The country’s five major metropolitan cities have been classed as ‘severely unaffordable’ for the past 11 years.

And the latest data shows property prices are continuing to rise – with house prices in Sydney jumping up 5.3 per cent since the start of 2017 and the median house price in the city hitting a staggering $950,000.
