The 34-year-old, who is engaged to police officer Sean Ogilvy, uploaded a video of herself on a stretcher being taken away by a medical crew member.
“Confession… that was @jessrich_ (duhhhh) and this was me… #medivac,” she wrote on Instagram.
Molan hashtagged tailbone, hip, wrist and “gooooooone” detailing her injuries on the ice.
She is staying at Lake Crackenback Resort and Spa with her fellow TV crew members including Beau Ryan.
The blonde was also caught in a TV gaffe last month, after she unexpectedly fell off her chair while reading her evening bulletin.
Molan, who reads for Nine News in Sydney, was about to read the latest results from the Tour de France, when she went silent.
A large thud was then heard by viewers, before she yelled, “sh*t”.
