Sinclair the star as Sydney downs Saints

The Sydney Swans have continued their great run of form with a thumping 42-point win over St Kilda at the SCG.

The Swans began their year 0-6, but that is barely a memory now with John Longmire’s men producing a high-intensity performance to win their 10th game in the last 11 14.17 (101) to 9.5 (59) in front of their home fans.

The Saints never led on a disappointing night where the visitors found it extremely difficult to get the ball inside their forward 50.

With the Swans missing injured forward Sam Reid, St Kilda targeted Sydney star forward Lance Franklin, but it was Reid’s replacement Callum Sinclair who dominated near goal.
