Police swarmed on Victoria Station after two men were stabbed in front of shocked commuters.
The men, who are now being treated in a central London hospital, suffered the injuries at around 4.20pm today.
It is not known if the pair were attacking each other, but witnesses say that the incident was a result of a chase.
Pictures posted on social media appeared to show a white shirt covered in blood lying on the pavement near the scene of the stabbing.
Officers were later seen holding a gang of youths close to the seen in the Wilton Road area, which is adjacent to the busy station.
Police are yet to make arrests but an investigation is ongoing.
