THERE are fears for wrestling icon Ric Flair’s life after his management asked people to pray for him as he battles “tough medical issues”.
CEO of Legacy Talent LLC Melinda Morris Zanoni took to Twitter on Monday to ask for support.
It comes after Flair was admitted to hospital on the weekend for what was said to be “routine monitoring”. But his stay in the intensive care unit now appears to be for something much more serious.
In his book Ric Flair: To Be the Man the former WWE star said he suffered from alcohol-related heart issues, and early reports suggested his heart is the reason he’s in hospital now.
Rory Karpf worked on filming ESPN’s 30 for 30 documentary on Flair, which is set to premier in November, and he also tweeted to ask people to keep the 68-year-old in their prayers…
