A BYSTANDER who posted sick pictures of a Grenfell Tower fire victim on social media after opening a bodybag has been jailed today for three months.
Omega Mwaikambo, 43, was hauled before the courts when cops discovered horrifying images and video footage of a dead man in a bodybag on Facebook on Wednesday morning.
The pictures showed the body of a resident – believed to have died after jumping from the tower block inferno – lying under the plastic body bag sheeting.
One of the snaps was captioned “Does any one know this body laying outside my flat for more than two hours.”
Today at Westminster Magistrates Court, he pleaded guilty to two counts of sending by a public communications network an offending, indecent or obscene matter…
