No, not David Tennant and Olivia Colman as DI Hardy and DS Miller. I mean the taxi-driver’s wife Lindsay Lucas and Arthur Tamworth’s black Labrador, Pedro.

These were the brave Broadchurch residents/pets responsible for the breakthroughs in what has become its rather torturous game of Guess The Rapist.

The star detectives meanwhile were as confused and clueless as ever…
