When Trump rode a golden escalator, went to a male-only sword dance, and gave Muslim leaders a speech on Islam we thought his the first-leg of his foreign trip couldn’t get any weirder – we were wrong.

Last night Trump touched a glowing orb at the opening of the Global Centre for Combating Extremist Ideology in Saudi Arabia, and it was quite bizarre.

Pictured with Saudi King Salman bin Albdulaziz Al Saud and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the three world leaders posed for cameras.

It sent the internet into frenzy.
