A FORMER Perth schoolboy accused of killing his parents and older brother in South Africa has pleaded not guilty to his charges.
Henri van Breda is accused of a triple axe murder and attempting to kill his 16-year-old sister Marli in an alleged attack at the family’s home.
Marli van Breda managed to survive despite having her jugular severed.
But the former Perth teen has amnesia and can not remember what happened in the attack that killed her parents Martin and Teresa, and brother Rudi.
The attack happened in an exclusive gated community near Cape Town in January 2015.
It’s taken more than two years for former Scotch College pupil Henri’s case to go to trial.
Proceedings are officially under way in the Western Cape High Court in South Africa.
