Kansas City: 10 IRS employees reported feeling sick after suspicious package in IRS mailroom
Ten IRS employees in Kansas City, Missouri, reported feeling sick after a suspicious package was delivered to the IRS mailroom, fire officials said, according to ABC affiliate KMBC in Kansas City.
The employees are being treated at the scene, according to KMBC. No one was evacuated and all other workers are safe, KMBC said.
KMBC reported that the suspicious package had a scent of ammonia.
Firefighters have the package isolated, KMBC said, and authorities are investigating.

Australian PM calls himself a ‘republican and an Elizabethan’
Australian PM Malcolm Turnbull has described himself as both a republican and a “very strong Elizabethan” before meeting the Queen at Buckingham Palace.
Mr Turnbull led a failed campaign to make Australia republic in a 1999 referendum, prior to entering politics.
On Tuesday, he said that during the 1990s he never imagined he would one day meet the Queen as Australia’s PM.
“Even republicans like myself can be, and in my case are, very strong Elizabethans,” he said.
“She has been a remarkable leader of the UK and the Commonwealth.”
He added: “Politics is full of unpredictable events.”
The centre-right Coalition leader said it was an honour to meet the Queen, telling reporters he would seek her “wisdom and advice”.
It came after Mr Turnbull visited Downing Street and pledged that Australia would seek a trade deal with the UK post Brexit.
Mr Turnbull has previously said he does not believe a majority of Australians would support becoming a republic during the Queen’s reign.
In the landmark 1999 referendum, Australia voted against changing its head of state to a president by 54.87% to 45.13%.

UK Massive blaze paintball centre in Merseyside reports people could be trapped
A HUGE fire has ripped through a paintball centre in Merseyside amid reports two people could be trapped inside.
Fire crews reported two people entered the building and have not yet come out.
A spokesman said: “Crews were alerted at 5.00pm and were on the scene at just before 5.05pm.
“Fire Crews arrived to find a large building with an area of around 20 x 30 metres well alight.
“There have been reports of two people who have entered the building and have not yet come out.
“There are 6 fire appliances in attendance.”
Residents and businesses nearby advised have been to keep their doors and windows shut.
Part of the roof of the building has collapsed, fire crews have confirmed.

Putin reportedly responded: “I am not a woman, so I don’t have bad days. I am not trying to insult anyone. That’s just the nature of things. There are certain natural cycles.”
In 2014 Putin also hit the headlines when he explained in an interview why he would avoid debating with Hillary Clinton .
He said: “It’s better not to argue with women.
“When people push boundaries too far, it’s not because they are strong but because they are weak.
“But maybe weakness is not the worst quality for a woman.”

1 dead, 2 missing after milling plant explosion in Wisconsin
An explosion and a subsequent fire at the Didion Milling corn processing plant in Cambria, Wisconsin, late Wednesday has left at least two people dead and 13 others injured, local authorities said.
One person remains missing, Cambria Fire Department Chief Cody Doucette said at a news conference Thursday night.
Sheriff Dennis Richards said at a Thursday morning press conference that 16 people were inside the plant at the time of the explosion, just after 11 p.m. Central Time. Multiple burns were reported among the injured, authorities said. Two people walked away from the plant without injuries.
More than four medical helicopters were sent to the scene…
