Dukes of Hazzard star Tom Wopat denies groping woman; Arrested Wednesday

According to court documents, Wopat said that, while he flirts, he had done “nothing that could be considered inappropriate”.

One of the stars of the Dukes of Hazzard has denied indecent assault and drugs charges.

Tom Wopat, who played Luke Duke in the 1980s television series, pleaded not guilty on Thursday to grabbing a woman’s buttocks.

The 65-year-old is alleged to have touched the woman, who was a cast member of a musical he was due to appear in, on 23 July.
