A 28-year-old man has fallen to his death from the balcony at a pub in Fremantle.
Police said the man fell through cafe blinds on the first floor at Sail and Anchor about 8.30pm on Saturday.
It is thought he may have been sitting on the back on a chair when it toppled over.
It is believed the man was on a night out with family and friends.
He was rushed to Fiona Stanley Hospital but did not survive.
Inquiries are continuing.
