SPOILER: The Voice crowns season 12 during finale of NBC show

The Voice crowned its season 12 champion Tuesday during a two-hour star-studded finale that included performances from top stars of the music industry.

Chris Blue took home the title with the help of mentor Alicia Keys.

Lauren Duski of Blake Shelton’s team finished in second place while Aliyah Moulden of Blake’s team finished third and Jesse Larson of Adam Levine’s team was fourth.

The finalists: Chris, Jesse, Aliyah and Lauren made it to the finals after advancing through blind auditions, battles, knockouts and live performancesThe show started with Mark Isaiah of Adam’s team returning to sing the hit song Despacito along with Puerto Rican pop star Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee who features on the primarily Spanish-language hit..

Lauren showed she was ready for the country music scene when she joined Little Big Town for a performance of Better Man.

Jesse also joined former show coach CeeLo Green for a rousing rendition of Shining Star.

Season 12 of The Voice featured advisors John Legend helping Adam, Celine Dion working with Gwen, DJ Khaled aiding Alicia and Luke Bryan assisting Blake while Shania Twain helped all members of the Top 12.
