Victoria Coach station in London has been evacuated after staff were alerted to a ‘suspicious package, the Metropolitan Police have confirmed.
The coach depot as well as surrounding roads have been evacuated while specialist officers search the area.
A spokesman said: ‘A suspect package is being checked out.’
Buckingham Palace Road has also been closed due to the alert.
The alert follows a terror attack last night in Manchester which claimed the lives of 22 people including children.
