A magnitude 5.8 earthquake has struck 9 km (5.6 miles) southeast of Lincoln, Montana, at a shallow depth of 4.3 km, the U.S. Geological Survey reported on Thursday.
The Pacific Tsunami Warning center earlier reported the quake with a magnitude of 6.0.
