Naked photos of Tiger Woods and Lindsey Vonn have been leaked online

TIGER Woods is threatening to take a celebrity gossip website to court for leaking a nude photo of him online in a recent hack of several stars, including Woods’ ex-girlfriend Lindsey Vonn.

The recovering golfer has hired a lawyer, according to a TMZ report and said he will sue if the website Celeb Jihad does not take his photo down.

The hacker reportedly broke into Vonn’s phone and gained access to her photos as well as a nude selfie Woods had sent the Olympic skier when they were dating.

A lawyer for Woods declined comment to the New York Post except to say: “It is a private hacked photo.”

Woods and Vonn were one of sport’s hottest couples during their two-year relationship, which ended in May 2015. Vonn has since called dating Woods “really hard” because of all the scrutiny they were under as a celebrity couple at the top of their sports.

The website also posted nude photos of Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart, Stella Maxwell and Katharine McPhee. Like Woods, McPhee has hired a lawyer and threatened to sue, TMZ reported.

Ukraine: Police Seize Servers of Firm Suspected of Cyberattack

The malware virus crippled computer systems at major companies around the world last week

Ukrainian police on Tuesday seized the servers of an accounting software firm suspected of spreading a malware virus which crippled computer systems at major companies around the world last week, a senior police official said.

The head of Ukraine’s Cyber Police, Serhiy Demedyuk, told Reuters the servers of M.E.Doc – Ukraine’s most popular accounting software – had been seized as part of an investigation into the attack.

Though they are still trying to establish who was behind last week’s attack, Ukrainian intelligence officials and security firms have said some of the initial infections were spread via a malicious update issued by M.E.Doc, charges the company’s owners deny.

The owners were not immediately available for comment on Tuesday.

Lawsuit may force Donald Trump to choose between presidency and his business empire

donald-trump.jpg

In a lawsuit filed against President Donald Trump, the attorneys general of the District of Columbia and Maryland seek to pierce the web of Trump-related proprieties and force him to make a choice: the presidency or his business empire? The suit adds four critical elements to the legal fight over Trump’s refusal to liquidate domestic and foreign holdings that put him in violation of the Constitution.

First, the suit broadens the list of holdings claimed to run afoul of the foreign emoluments provision. That provision prohibits Trump from receiving “any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state…”

Apple wins Australian court ruling against banks to retain Apple Pay control

53-Apple-Pay-PA.jpgApple has won a major legal battle that had pitted it against some of Australia’s largest banks and will likely mean the tech giant can retain full control of the use of its payment technology in the country. The Australian Competition Consumer Commission (ACCC) announced on Friday that it had rejected a request by four of the country’s largest banks to negotiate with Apple over mobile payments.

The National Australia Bank, Westpac, Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank had been trying to negotiate with Apple to allow iPhone users to make payments from their own integrated digital wallets instead of through Apple Pay, without paying Apple fees.

Arkansas Rushes to Execute 8 Men in the Space of 10 Days

The state of Arkansas plans to put to death eight inmates over a span of 10 days next month, a pace of executions unequaled in recent American history and brought about by a looming expiration date for a drug used by the state for lethal injections.

The eight men facing execution — four black and four white — are among 34 death row inmates in Arkansas, where capital punishment has been suspended since 2005 over legal challenges and difficulty in acquiring the drugs for lethal injections.

All eight men were convicted of murders that occurred between 1989 and 1999, and proponents of the death penalty and victims’ rights in the state have been frustrated that the cases have dragged on so long.

At a news conference this week, Gov. Asa Hutchinson, a Republican and former federal prosecutor, seemed to regret that the executions were so closely stacked.
