AIRASIA passengers have criticised the airline for what they claim was a chaotic response to a midair scare that forced them to return to Perth Airport. Mark Bailey said some on the plane assumed the worst because of the crew’s “hysterical” reaction. One woman said she thought they were about to “crash-land in a paddock”.
