More than 1,000 ISIS fighters surrender in Iraq

Men suspected of being Islamic State fighters waiting to be questioned at a Kurdish security center near Kirkuk, Iraq. For the Islamic State, whose fighters pledge to choose suicide over surrender, the mass surrenders have been a turning point.
